Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Business Bankers to meet production goals and provide guidance on product pricing and structuring.
- Work with Senior Management to identify market opportunities and develop appropriate products and services in alignment with industry trends and regulations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market or territory.
- Collaborate with the business development team to expand the bank's client base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients through regular communication and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional service.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments for business clients to understand their goals, challenges, and opportunities.
- Provide strategic financial advice and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
- Evaluate the creditworthiness of business clients and prepare credit proposals.
- Monitor and manage credit risk through ongoing analysis and proactive measures.
- Seven to ten years experience in business banking or a related financial role.
- Three to five years' management experience.
- Familiarity with business banking software and technology.
- Strong understanding of financial products, credit analysis, and risk management.
