Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, troubleshoot, and program Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
  • Exhibit a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance.
  • Ensure punctuality for work and on-call responsibilities.
  • Engage in diverse tasks, including attending training sessions both locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Support fellow technicians by being available for overtime to manage overflow service requests.
  • Utilize real-time dispatching and close service calls through a laptop and mobile device.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of equipment and supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to deliver exceptional service.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who can quickly adapt and requires minimal training. Strong customer service abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively with colleagues are essential. Excellent communication skills are also a must.
