POSITION OVERVIEW:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Ensure the implementation of customer service standards for all clients, both internal and external.
    Aim to surpass client expectations from the initial contact through ongoing relationship management.
  2. Maintain a clean and professional workspace.
  3. Deliver efficient, effective, and high-quality services while adhering to all established waxing service protocols.
  4. Support and uphold our company culture.
  5. Perform additional duties as assigned, fostering a spirit of teamwork.
  6. Adhere to safety standards in all aspects of job performance.

ROLE SCOPE AND COMPLEXITY:

The technician reports directly to the salon manager and indirectly to all ownership members, being accountable for all service delivery.
They are responsible for meeting established service protocols and customer service standards, focusing on both internal and external clients.
Additionally, they are accountable for client retention through social media engagement, community involvement, and other marketing initiatives as directed by management.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Required: Valid State Licensure (Esthetician, Cosmetologist)
  • A genuine passion for waxing and the beauty sector
  • Strong time management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
  • A flexible and adaptable team player
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and driven
