We are seeking a Permanent Registered Nurse for Cardiac and Neuro Telemetry to join our team. This role is based in a vibrant healthcare environment.


Position Overview:
Role: Registered Nurse - Cardiac and Neuro Telemetry
Location: Healthcare Facility
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent

Available Shifts: Days (with rotating weekends) or Nights (with rotating weekends)
Sign-on Bonus: $15,000
Relocation Assistance: Available on a case-by-case basis

Facility Information:
This facility is a 221-bed acute care hospital and a Level II Trauma Center, dedicated to serving the community. It offers a comprehensive cardiovascular program, including advanced surgical procedures and specialized services in various medical fields.
Key Responsibilities:
The Cardiac and Neuro Registered Nurse will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
  • Developing and implementing nursing care plans.
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Providing health education and counseling to patients and families.
  • Promoting wellness and preventing illness.

Qualifications:
  • Nursing Diploma or ASN; BSN preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care nursing experience.
  • Experience in telemetry and cardiac care is essential.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state.
  • American Heart Association BLS and ACLS Certification required.
  • NIHSS Certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
