Job Responsibilities

As a Lead Healthcare Provider on our Labor and Delivery Unit, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing the nursing process to assess, collect, and document data. You will work collaboratively with peers and other disciplines to establish, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient care plans. Your expertise will also include providing education and support to patients and their families, promoting healthy outcomes and minimizing complications.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a commitment to ongoing professional growth and development. Key qualifications include:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
  • Bachelor degree/diploma/associate degree from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Certifications as required by individual unit/area
  • Professionalism in interpersonal communication skills with patients, patient families, colleagues, physicians, and ancillary department personnel
  • Personal professional development, accountability, organization, and leadership in the performance of professional nursing practice

Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
