Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of the property.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and pool/spa maintenance.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, ensuring timely completion of all work orders.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities, including materials utilized and hours worked.
  • Assist in vendor management and coordinate with external contractors and service providers as needed.
  • Participate in after-hours emergency on-call rotation and assist with snow removal when necessary.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols as outlined in the Employee Handbook and Standard Operating Procedures.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in general maintenance and repair.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
