- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other healthcare team members as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Associate's or Vocational degree in Nursing
- 0-2 years of RN experience, with consideration given to new graduate RNs
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or Allina in-house BLS training
- ACLS/BLS Tier 2-Advanced Cardiac Life Support - Multisource required
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- 2-5 years of RN experience
