- Accept Suggestions and Direction: Accept suggestions and direction from supervisors and hospital staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
- Meet Attendance and Break Requirements: Honor department's attendance, breaks, behavior, dress, and safety codes to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Participate in Education Programs: Accept and absorb department and hospital education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and procedures.
- Exercise Good Judgment: Exercise good judgment while working around patients and visitors, remaining professional at all times.
- Take Initiative: Take initiative in rendering service or responding to needs, assisting other associates as necessary.
- Experience: One to two years as a housekeeper or service worker preferred.
- Language: Command of English is strongly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma preferred.
- Physical Functions: Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods, requiring bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 50 pounds, with exposure to chemicals on a constant basis.
