Company Overview: Insight FS, a leading agricultural cooperative, seeks a skilled and dedicated Agronomy Delivery Specialist to join its team in Jefferson, Wisconsin.

About the Role: As an Agronomy Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer or tender truck to deliver agronomy products to customers across the state of Wisconsin and upper peninsula of Michigan. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate tractor-trailers or tender trucks safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery of agronomy products.
  • Load and unload containers, pallets, or materials and products from trucks, trailers, or railcars by hand or by forklift truck.
  • Ensure all deliveries and pickups are made in accordance with time schedules and perform duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism within the company and the industry.
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including accurate logbooks, records of cargo, and any other assigned record-keeping duties on a daily basis.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Certified Driver's License (CDL) with required endorsements.
  • Ability to lift 51-70 lbs and work at varying heights.
  • Demonstrated essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making, and skill development.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
