This position is a temporary assignment lasting approximately 4-5 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently load and unload materials from designated storage locations, including racks, shelves, and vehicles.
- Organize and stack materials such as bins, boxes, or pallets in a systematic manner.
- Follow specific guidelines to arrange items or actions in a defined order or pattern.
- Execute tasks related to receiving, storing, picking, delivering, and packing items according to established procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of units handled and moved using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- Label containers with appropriate material identification tags and information.
- Ensure cleanliness of the work area utilizing brooms, rags, and cleaning supplies.
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend written information and ideas.
- Physical stamina is required, including standing, walking, reaching, bending, and grasping.
- Must be capable of frequently lifting materials weighing up to 40 lbs and standing for an entire shift.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Work Schedule:
Full-Time, 2nd Shift.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screening and background check.
