Job Overview
GHR Healthcare - Travel Division is a leading provider of healthcare staffing solutions. We are seeking an experienced Labor and Delivery travel nurse to join our team.

About the Job
This is a 13-week assignment with a 36-hour workweek. The shift is 12 hours, nights. As a travel nurse in Labor and Delivery, you will have the opportunity to work with patients undergoing childbirth and related procedures. You will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to mothers and newborns during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
- Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs
- Administer medications as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with obstetricians, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the United States
- BSN degree or higher
- Experience in Labor and Delivery or a related specialty
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic life support certification
