Accounts Payable Specialist

KLINGER GPI is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Borger, TX. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of transactions and maintaining positive vendor relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with vendors via phone and email to ensure timely and accurate communication.
• Develop and maintain positive vendor relations, contributing to a collaborative and respectful work environment.
• Coordinate with various departments within the company to address vendor requests in a timely manner.
• Reconcile purchase orders to invoices, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely utility and employee expenses payments.
• Perform account maintenance tasks, including creating vendor accounts and filling out credit applications.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to portray a positive company image through professional and friendly communications with customers and vendors.
• Proficiency in account maintenance, including creating vendor accounts and filling out credit applications.
• Basic accounting knowledge and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
