Job Title: Emergency Veterinarian

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian to join our team at Veterinary Emergency Clinic in Port Charlotte, FL.

About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise in emergency animal care. As an Emergency Veterinarian, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to animals in emergency situations.

Responsibilities
  • Provide emergency medical care to animals, including diagnosis, treatment, and stabilization.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for emergency cases, including medication, surgery, and other interventions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advances in emergency veterinary medicine and share knowledge with the team.
Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.
  • Active, or ability to obtain, FL license in good standing to practice.
  • Soft tissue surgical skills required.
