Product Ownership

  • Define and prioritize the product backlog in alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Scrum Master Duties

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
  • Ensure the Agile team adheres to Scrum practices and principles to drive efficiency.
  • Remove impediments and cultivate a collaborative team environment to foster innovation.

Project Management

  • Manage project financials including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure transparency.
  • Co-manage product backlog and prioritize work to ensure alignment with client requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project success.

Required Skills/Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in product/program ownership with a proven track record of success.
  • 3+ years of experience with Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and/or marketing products with a focus on digital solutions.
  • Consistent track record in running multi-year products and platform enhancements with a focus on business growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating product roadmaps and driving PI planning with a focus on business strategy.
  • Demonstrable experience leading an Agile team and project financials with a focus on efficiency and innovation.
  • Experience in co-managing a backlog and prioritizing work with clients with a focus on effective communication.

Certifications

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) required.
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred.

Must have

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities with a focus on driving business growth.
  • Financially savvy with experience managing budgets and ensuring transparency.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
