Activities Coordinator

At Tarantino Properties, we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Activities Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our senior living community, you will play a vital role in designing, creating, and coordinating a wide range of recreational and educational activities for our residents.

• Assist the Activities Director in planning and coordinating resident activities.
• Encourage resident participation in programs and activities.
• Escort residents on activities away from the property as assigned.
• Assist with the registration of residents for trips and programs.
• Maintain necessary activity supplies, which may include outside purchasing.
• Assist in the surveying and interviewing of residents to determine interests, talents, and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain general observation of residents and share appropriate information with staff.
• Follow departmental budget guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Senior Living experience a plus.
