Noah Homes Inc. has been dedicated to serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities since 1983. We believe in advocacy and inclusion for everyone, and our mission is to provide supportive living programs that empower our residents to live fulfilling lives.
We started as a group of parents who wanted to create a faith-based place for their children with disabilities to live and flourish. Today, we have grown into a network of ten supported-living homes with staff who love and care for our residents.
A Day in the Life of a Residential Program Manager
As a Residential Program Manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will be responsible for providing guidance and support to caregivers, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest level of care for our residents.
You will work closely with your team to maintain excellence in areas such as bathing, hygiene, shopping, meal preparation, transportation, and housekeeping. You will also be responsible for modeling social skills and behaviors, and supporting residents with access to community activities and educational opportunities.
Qualifications for the Role
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience working with adults with disabilities or related field
- Leadership experience in a Support Program role, including performance reviews and training staff
- Team building experience
- Administrative and organization skills
- CPR and first aid certification
- DSP I and DSP II Certification required (or an ability to obtain within the first 90 days)
