Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting
  • 1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable
  • Dentrix or other dental software experience
  • 1+ years leadership/management experience (in a professional office, hospitality, retail, banking, medical, dental, etc.) preferred
  • Must have strong customer service skills
  • High leadership and motivation
  • Task-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Business knowledge of working with P/L highly preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite programs
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment
  • Ability to analyze processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
  • Trustworthy; maintain patient confidentially and team ethics
