A reputable healthcare organization is looking for a committed Pharmacist to join their team in a rehabilitation hospital setting. This role presents a unique chance to deliver vital inpatient pharmacy services within a supportive healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute inpatient staffing functions, ensuring the safe and effective administration of medication therapy to patients.
- Assume the responsibilities of Pharmacist in Charge (PIC), as this position represents the sole full-time pharmacist role at the facility. Collaborate with PRN pharmacists to oversee pharmacy operations.
- Work in partnership with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and guarantee adherence to all regulatory requirements.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday day shifts.
- Participation in weekend rotation as required.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Possesses an active Pharmacist license in Arizona.
