Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems, with experience in implementing and optimizing financial processes.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on financial analysis and decision-making.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • CPA or CMA certification is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results.
