We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated individual to join our retail delivery and warehouse team at Farmers Home Furniture. As a Delivery Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of our products to customers. If you have a valid driver's license and can meet the DOT driving requirements for vehicles with a GVWR between 10,001 and 26,000 pounds, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive delivery experience for our customers.
• Operate a company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Load and unload merchandise from vehicles, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of merchandise.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, as established by management.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet DOT driving requirements.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry merchandise up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work variable hours, including weekends and holidays.
