  • Perform on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, POS, and printers.

  • Document and maintain records of technical activities, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in computer science or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in computer systems repair and maintenance.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
