Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team at DBSI Services. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for working with Catia V5, DMA, VPM, and DELMIA to design and improve manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement manufacturing processes using Catia V5 and other software tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve process efficiency and quality
  • Develop and maintain work instructions and industrial data sheets
  • Conduct time studies and line balancing to optimize manufacturing processes
  • Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
  • Work with ERP systems such as SAP to manage Bill of Materials, Routings, and Configuration follow-up

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in manufacturing with a background in the railway industry
  • Technical experience in Process Engineering, work instructions, line balancing, and Lean Manufacturing
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Working knowledge of Quality, EHS standards, and Ergonomics
  • Knowledge of CAD and PLM tools (CATIA, DELMIA)
  • Familiarity with IS common tools
  • Process FMEA and QRQC experience
