Senior.NET Engineer

This position is responsible for global operations and support of Messaging and Collaboration automation solutions, including UAT testing and production deployment.

• Support global operations and maintenance of Messaging and Collaboration automation solutions.
• Perform UAT testing and production deployment of automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• 5+ years of experience in application production operations, support, and configuration in the Microsoft Windows server environment.
• 5+ years of experience in supporting enterprise application automation services, in-house application integration testing, web application configuration, and production deployment in the Microsoft.NET server environment.
• Experience with MS Exchange, Azure, O365, Active Directory, Outlook, Exchange Online, and Teams is a plus.
• Experience with MS SQL Server databases, security certificates, SFTP/Tectia, MS IIS configuration.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell scripting.
• Experience in writing MS SQL queries is a plus.
• Good understanding of production monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good analytical skills to understand, prioritize, troubleshoot, and articulate issues.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent degree or experience.
