About the Role:

As a Physical Therapist with Phoebe Berks, you will be responsible for organizing and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy programs to restore function, prevent disability, and help patients reach their maximum performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans for patients in skilled nursing, short-term rehab, and long-term care settings.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on physical therapy techniques and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved program in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed by the PA state medical board with a B.S., M.S., or DPT degree.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
