Senior Marine Service Specialist - **Hutch's Marine**

Join the dedicated team at **Hutch's Marine**, a well-established family-operated business with over three decades of expertise in marine services. We are currently in search of a knowledgeable Senior Marine Service Specialist who possesses a genuine enthusiasm for marine vessels and the aquatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on marine propulsion systems, focusing primarily on outboard motors.
  • Prepare and rig boats according to specifications.
  • Test customer vessels on the water to ensure optimal performance.
  • Ready boats for customer handover.
  • Verify that all systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Install additional equipment as requested.
  • Maintain clear communication with the service management team.
  • Safely operate company machinery and tools.
  • Offer expert advice on maintenance and repair needs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with outboard and SternDrive systems.
  • Proficiency in marine electrical systems.
  • Preferred certification (e.g., ASE).
  • Possession of personal tools and toolbox.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively.
