Job Overview

Toyota Lift Northwest is seeking a skilled Forklift Field Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the reliability of our material handling equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other material handling equipment
  • Conduct visual inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Document all work orders and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and best practices

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as heavy equipment repair or maintenance
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:
