Position Overview: We are seeking a Project Finance Specialist with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience to join our esteemed team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Prepare and negotiate essential financing documents for substantial and intricate projects, including but not limited to purchase agreements, partnership agreements, credit agreements, security and pledge agreements, and depositary agreements.
- Project Review: Conduct thorough reviews of project-related documentation, such as development agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction contracts (EPCs), site control agreements, and interconnection agreements.
- Due Diligence: Perform related due diligence to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
Ideal Candidate: This role is perfect for a driven attorney eager to enhance their career within a supportive environment that offers exceptional mentorship.
