Job Description:
This role requires a skilled Customer Service Director to oversee site visits and client retention, ensuring compliance with local and national account standards. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to develop an account-level incremental sales plan with local management, and a passion for providing world-class service to clients and customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3 years of driving experience required
- Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license (unless otherwise indicated by state)
- Preferred 1-2 years' experience in a customer service position or related experience
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment
- Excellent communication skills required
