Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of retail banking systems and products.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer operations, including word processing and spreadsheet software.
  • Basic math skills for calculations and account balancing.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and train others.
  • Capability to handle complex problems in non-standard situations.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Valid driver's license and appropriate vehicle insurance if driving is required for job duties.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $33,280 - $41,000 annually, with individual placement based on experience and qualifications. Successful candidates may be eligible for bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including paid leave, medical, dental, vision, and retirement options.
