Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled ASL interpreter to join our team at Keuka College. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and contribute to creating an inclusive environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality interpreting services during out-of-classroom discussions, conversations, events, and other spoken word situations.
  • Develop effective relationships with other student ASL interpreters and the Office of Student Accessibility (OSA).

Requirements:

  • Able to accurately interpret spoken English to ASL and interpret ASL to English in social settings and student activities.
  • Must be skilled in ASL-English interpreting; may be required to sign for extended periods of time, and under various environmental conditions.

Benefits and Compensation:

Keuka College offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $15.00 per hour.
