Job Summary:

We are looking for Sales Representatives who possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a strong work ethic. As a Sales Representative, you will be the bridge between our company and our customers, providing them with supplemental benefits. You will have the opportunity to participate in a career track to management within 60-90 days of tenure, with a training program that promotes from within.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Provide excellent customer service and support
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs
  • Work collaboratively with the public relations department to identify new business opportunities
