- Communicate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Understand and have knowledge of respiratory medications, their effects, and side effects.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- High School Diploma, Certificate of Completion, or GED required.
- Active Registered Respiratory Therapist License in the State of Florida.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Card/CPR Card.
- ACLS, PALS required per department standards.
