Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our esteemed team at a prestigious educational institution near Pensacola, FL, and surrounding areas. As a School SLP, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on students' lives by providing comprehensive speech and language therapy services.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess students' speech, language, and communication skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct therapy sessions to improve speech and language abilities.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure coordinated support for students.
  • Monitor and document students' progress.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Florida.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred but not mandatory for all applicants.
  • Experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable.
