Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to join our team at Valor Hospitality. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless reservation experiences for our valued customers.

• Guest Service: Respond to guest inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner, providing accurate information about our hotel and its services.
• Reservation Processing: Process all incoming reservations, including phone, email, and internet bookings, ensuring accurate rate details and third-party booking system integration.
• Rate Auditing: Verify cancellation and no-show revenues against rate profiles and third-party booking systems.
• Group Rooming Lists: Manage group rooming lists and block setup in our Property Management System (PMS).
• Concierge Services: Coordinate with our concierge team to book recreation activities and packages.
• Payment Processing: Enter third-party payment information and ensure data security.

• Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Teamwork: Demonstrate a desire to participate as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Knowledge and Skills: Have a complete understanding of hotel rooms and meeting-related services, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and internet applications.
• Problem-Solving: Possess an analytical approach to problem-solving and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: One year of experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
