Slovak Market Service Representative Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Slovak Market Service Representative to join our team in Barletta, Italy. As a key member of our global customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers in the Slovak market. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturer of safety wear, workwear, and PPE, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via various communication channels.
  • Assist customers with general queries, resolve issues, and escalate significant problems as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Update internal systems with records of customer interactions, communications, and complaints.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience in a customer-facing or commercial environment.
  • Fluency in Slovak, both written and spoken.
  • Good level of English proficiency.
  • Strong IT skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • A positive and proactive attitude.
