About the Role:

This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise as a Registered Dietitian in a consulting capacity. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing nutrition services to skilled nursing facilities and behavioral health settings. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for improving the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completion of MDS assessments, Section K, CAA
  • Documentation for residents at high risk for nutritional problems
  • Participation in care planning process
  • Collaboration with Interdisciplinary Team
  • Provide oversight to food service department with routine audit for safety, sanitation, and quality of food

Requirements:

  • Commission on dietetic registration (CDR) credentials
  • Licensed (if required by State)
  • 2 years of consulting/long term care is preferred, but we will consider many factors

Salary and Benefits:
