Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

The Don CeSar, a renowned luxury resort on St. Pete Beach, Florida, is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to provide exceptional dining experiences for our guests. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in training and developing staff, oversee daily restaurant operations, and ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in training and development of restaurant staff
  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Ensure excellent service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • Proven experience as a host, server, or cashier; supervisory experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management and cost control
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
  • Prior cash handling and experience with MICROS POS system
  • TIPS, CPR, and Serve Safe certification preferred
  • Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Proficient in MS Office and POS systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
