  • Accurately record shipment information by comparing paperwork to delivery records.
  • Loading and unloading carriers while observing all safety protocols.
  • Examine delivered items for potential damage or subpar packaging, bringing it to the attention of Customer Service Representatives and Warehouse Supervisors as needed.
  • Procure and arrange materials in compliance with shift supervisors' directives.
  • Properly document and handle leftovers, ensuring they're returned, prepared for shipping, or disposed of appropriately.
  • Maintain updated inventory counts for in-house and client-held supplies/materials; a manual annual audit is also conducted.
  • Sustain a well-maintained and organized warehouse area.
  • Operate fork lifts following established safety guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
  • Advise Warehouse Management of equipment malfunctions or required maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain equipment according to the manufacturer's standards.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a valid forklift operating certificate.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools.
  • Capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
