Job Summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Oral Surgery Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As an Oral Surgery Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our client's oral surgery practice, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare for all surgical procedures, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist during surgical procedures, adhering to strict sterile protocols.
  • Maintain a sterile field during procedures, ensuring the highest level of patient safety.
  • Perform other procedures as directed, including capturing radiographs, taking/pouring dental impressions, and capturing intraoral digital scans.
  • Review post-op instructions with patients and provide patient escorts as needed.
  • Collect and enter comprehensive and precise information into the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Completion of a limited Dental Assisting program or 1-2 years of experience in general dentistry/oral surgery practice
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification
  • X-Ray Certification
