About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Medical Surgical Clinical Coordinator. This is a full-time position, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient care on the medical surgical unit, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate patient care activities, including admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers and patients
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions, medications, and treatment options
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Active Registered Nurse license in the state of Oregon
  • Associate Degree or higher in Nursing from an accredited institution
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a medical surgical setting
