Biotechnology Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Biotechnology Specialist to join our team at Computer Task Group, Inc. in Bedford, MA.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for manufacturing Matrigel using well-defined processes in our Reagents areas. This includes making buffers, setting up production runs, and interacting with Quality Assurance to identify and resolve any non-conformance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in a team-oriented environment to manufacture Matrigel products
• Set up production runs and interact with Quality Assurance to ensure compliance
• Use laboratory techniques such as centrifugation, buffer extractions, filtration, and dialysis methods
• Operate an ERP system to perform production transactions

Requirements:

• 1-3 years' experience working in a laboratory or life sciences environment, preferably in Biotechnology
• Ability to work as a team player and take direction from supervisors
• Open to cross-training and becoming multi-skilled
• Laboratory experience working with lab equipment and tools
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
