Location: Vance, AL

Schedule:

Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree
* Minimum of 3 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Kronos and PeopleSoft
* Flexible with work schedule (Tuscaloosa Plant has 3 shifts; HR Specialists will rotate as needed, primarily starting around 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM and 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM once a week)
* Automotive/Manufacturing experience
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Ability to address employee relations concerns
* Labor law experience
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Union avoidance experience
* Strong multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities:

* Report directly to the Plant HR Manager
* Act as a positive change agent
