Current Opening:

We have an immediate full-time position available for a Maintenance Technician.

PRIMARY ROLE:

The main responsibility of a Maintenance Technician is to conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on tractors and/or trailers, enhancing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain and repair company tractors and/or trailers utilizing hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine tools.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and inspect components for defects and excessive wear.
  • Utilize computer-based diagnostic software and wiring schematics to troubleshoot and repair electrical circuits.
  • Recondition, repair, or replace parts as necessary.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks, including inspections of brake systems, wheel bearings, electrical systems, and air systems.
  • Diagnose and repair engine, driveline, and ABS-related issues using sound mechanical knowledge and computer diagnostic tools.
  • Set up and operate common cutting, welding, and metal fabrication tools and equipment as required for trailer repairs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
