Job Summary

CareMate Wellness Solutions LLC is seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Care Attendant to provide non-medical care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care services of a non-medical nature, including bathing, dressing, toileting, and hygiene assistance
  • Support clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as meal preparation, mobility monitoring, and medication reminders
  • Teach family members or primary caregivers how to transfer, turn, and re-position clients safely
  • Maintain a safe and healthy client environment by following agency standards and procedures
  • Participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Be skilled at caring for others and possess good interpersonal skills
  • Have patience and compassion for elderly and/or disabled citizens
  • Provide 2 professional references
  • Have 6 months or more of prior direct caregiving experience, with some training provided
  • Be skilled in verbal and written communication
  • Have dependable transportation and meet background eligibility requirements
