Mercy Cardiology is actively looking for a board-certified or board-eligible Non-Invasive Cardiologist to enhance our practice in Joplin, MO.
Our Team:
The Mercy Cardiology team comprises five interventional cardiologists, one electrophysiologist, two non-invasive cardiologists, four nurse practitioners, and a dedicated support staff committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
About the Mercy Joplin Cardiology Program:
Our 240-bed hospital, established in 2015, features cutting-edge facilities and equipment. The program includes:
- Outreach in a single community
- A full schedule of clinic appointments
- Interpretation of non-invasive studies such as EKGs, Echocardiograms, Stress Tests, Nuclear Medicine Stress Tests, Vascular Ultrasounds, Event Monitors, and Holter Monitors.
Additional Opportunities:
- Participation in structural cases
- Call schedule of 3-5 days per month, with every 6th or 7th weekend.
Support and Benefits:
Our strong outreach, facilitated by nurse practitioners and physician assistants, ensures a broad patient base. This position offers:
- An integrated health system with a competitive compensation structure
- A competitive two-year guarantee
- A $50,000 commencement bonus, along with up to $10,000 for relocation assistance
- Four weeks of vacation during the guarantee period, six holidays, and one week for continuing medical education
