We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Maplewood Senior Living. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Engage residents in activities and conversations to promote socialization and well-being
- Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure resident care needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including resident rooms and common areas
Requirements
- Current Connecticut Nurse's Aide Registration
- Experience working with seniors and passion for providing exceptional care
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
