Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a Studio Assistant. This role will provide support to the Studio and Digital Arts department, assisting with administrative tasks, customer service, and creative projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests entering the faculty offices and Art Museum.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the department with creative projects, including graphic design, photography, and other visual arts.
  • Monitor labs during student open hours and ensure a safe and productive environment.
  • Collaborate with the department to develop and implement new projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Must be a Work Study Eligible student.
  • Must be a residential student declared a Graphic Design or Studio Art major and/or minor.
  • Preference will be given to applicants with graphic design skills and experience.
  • Must possess strong communication skills, flexibility, and a willingness to help with any need that arises within the department.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graphic design skills and experience with Adobe applications.
  • Professional photography skills.
