Tax Supervisor

A prestigious business management firm seeks a highly skilled Tax Supervisor to contribute to their dynamic team.

Qualified individuals will assist with the preparation and review of tax returns and related client tax matters.

The ideal candidate will possess strong tax preparation and research skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of tax concepts related to individuals, C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, estates, and trusts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in business management, entertainment industry, real estate, high net worth individuals, and multi-jurisdictional planning is strongly preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a fluent command of English.
• Strong professionalism, time management, and organizational skills.
• Math aptitude and understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, and tax preparation software such as BNA and Pro-System.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Ability to work in a team environment and self-motivation with a positive attitude.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related business field, with a 3.0 GPA or better.
• Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent.
• 8+ years of related experience, with a minimum of 2-5 years of tax experience with a public accounting firm.
• Active CPA license or progress towards CPA licensing is required.
