As a Para Educator, you will play a critical role in supporting student learning and achievement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing instructional support to students and teachers
- Assisting with classroom management and organization
- Supporting students with special needs
- Communicating with parents and guardians
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- 48 units of college credit or passing of the NCLB/Para Educator examination or equivalent
- Proof of NCLB Compliance
- A letter of recommendation
