Job Description
  • We seek an experienced Advanced Hearing Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audiology or hearing aid dispensing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive hearing evaluations, selecting and fitting hearing aids, and providing ongoing support to clients.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive hearing evaluations and provide recommendations for hearing aid selection and fitting.
  • Select and fit hearing aids to meet the specific needs of clients.
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, including routine follow-ups, cleanings, and repairs.
  • Work effectively with clients to understand their hearing needs and preferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Active state license in Audiology and/or hearing aid dispensing.
  • 1-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic or advanced written communication skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
